Online shops are quoted separately because every shop is different. Cancel the Authority monthly plan with 30 days' notice after the first three months.
Optional on any package
Hosting, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security updates, and up to 30 minutes of small changes a month: a new price, a new photo, a changed opening time. Send a WhatsApp and it's done. The first month is included free with every package.

Questions we get asked
About two weeks from deposit to launch. You get a preview link within ten working days, then one round of changes, then we go live. The thing that slows a site down is waiting for photos and text, so send those early.
Your logo if you have one, photos, your opening hours, and whatever text you have about what you do. If you have none of that, send what you have. We write the copy from a short call, and we can point you to a local photographer if you need one.
If you already own a domain we connect it. If not, we register one in your name for about R150 a year. Hosting for the first year is included in the once-off price. After that it is covered by the Care Plan, or you can host it yourself.
We show you how to make small text and menu changes yourself. Bigger changes fall under the Care Plan or a quick quote. If something breaks, message us.
Yes. Once the final payment clears, the site, the domain and all the files are yours. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you.
No. The once-off price includes your first year of hosting. The only monthly amounts are the optional Care Plan and the Authority package's SEO retainer, both shown on this page.
Small text and menu changes, yes. We walk you through it at launch. Anything more involved is what the Care Plan's 30 minutes a month is for.
